I was hesitant to order this after looking at reviews saying that it didn’t work, but this worked for my Vertuo machine. It definitely removed stuff that doesn’t ordinarily get removed during a regular cleaning/rinsing and descaling cycle.
You put the cleaning pod in and run a cleaning/rinse cycle and then run a bunch more cycles to rinse out any residual cleaner so it’s pretty easy to use (unlike running the descaling process).
