Dilution:
Pour half of one descaler bottle 100 ml (3.4 fl oz) and 1 L (34 fl oz) of cold water into the water reservoir or fill up to descale level on reservoir.
Limescale is a common problem that can develop in coffee machines over time. It is caused by the accumulation of mineral deposits, which are present in tap water. When water is heated, especially in coffee machines, these minerals trigger the formation of limescale on the heating element and pipes.
